GrowRaton to set up table at Ratsville Roundup, sell raffle tickets for Vermejo Mother’s Day Brunch, and recruit members.
APRIL 21, 2025—Raton, NM—Join the Greater Raton Economic Development Corporation (GrowRaton) at this year’s Ratsville Roundup on Saturday, 4/26/25, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm for a chance to win one of two pairs of tickets to the exclusive Mother’s Day Brunch at Vermejo Park Ranch! This one-of-a-kind experience includes fine dining in one of New Mexico’s most beautiful wilderness settings.
Vermjeo Park is a Ted Turner Reserves property and the jewel of northern New Mexico. Its diverse landscape is home to a wide variety of wildlife, outdoor recreation, and exploration. The Vermejo Brunches, offered twice a year by lottery, afford residents in the region an opportunity to experience the resort’s turn of the 20th century elegance and grandeur.
The Ratsville Roundup is a year-one car show and celebration of the 1950s era. According to their Facebook page, “Ratsville Roundup is an event that rounds up great cars n trucks, motorcycles, a pinup meetup, the first ever Lil’ Rascals rockabilly rumble, burlesque, a sock hop, art, music, and vendors. Located in historic downtown Raton, NM!”
GrowRaton is raffling the Vermejo Brunch tickets to raise funds to support our economic development programs. We are also looking for new board members and business community partners to team up with us! If you are interested in helping our community thrive, swing by the GrowRaton table on Saturday, 4/26/25 to learn more. Current board members will be on hand at the Ratsville Roundup to answer questions about our organization, connect with local entrepreneurs, and talk about how you can help shape Raton’s future. Find the GrowRaton table and raffle tickets at the corner of First Street and Park Avenue at the EV charging station.
Raffle tickets will also be sold the week before the Ratsville Roundup at the Raton Pass Motor Inn (business hours 7-9:30am and 3-7pm) and the Raton Adventure Centre (call for hours).
Raffle drawing will be announced LIVE on KRTN’s “This, That, and The Other” the following week.
